As a Brand Specialist, you’ll be responsible for leading a Designer Brand and developing a clientele that recognizes their key role in delivering a superior service experience to our discerning clientele.   We are looking for a  Brand Specialist (Ermenegildo Zegna)  to join our Store team. In this role you’ll be responsible for:  Lead by Example ,  focus on the achievement of sales goals  managing a designer brand/ department Delivering product knowledge training to Advisors, develop taste level and brand image Personal Sales and Holistic Selling in-store, building relationships with your customers and creating repeat clientele Preparing for each appointment and client meeting by strategizing what merchandise to present and creating the opportunity for add-on sales. Communicate with buying and visual teams to ensure the product inventory and spirit of the brand is representedParticipation and coordination of Tru n k ShowsA focus for inspiring repeat exceptional customer experiences both online and in-store through consistent trainingDemonstrated interest and ability to develop othersA leader focused on team building to the achievement of financial goals Successful candidates will require: A minimum of 2 years of retail experience sales preferably in a luxury environment, clothing or store/department leadership Our menswear retail environment includes working within various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure. Experience in th ese  area s  of the retail industry is preferred. A passion for inspiring repeat business by creating exceptional customer service experiences both on-line and in-store. The desire to participate in the many training initiatives we offer and the ability to incorporate the skills acquired through those programs into your daily activities Demonstrated interest in technology and how to use tech innovations to support the retail Customer Service function.
