We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Brampton office.Responsibilities:Proficient in Workday , and developing custom reports through Report WriterDevelop and modify advanced reports for various Finance teams (AR, AP, Financial Statements, Fixed Assets, Leasing, Supplier Spend, Customer Revenue, and other custom reports)Collaborate with internal partners to: identify, define, and clarify business requirements; translating needs into efficient reports and configurations that conform to standard methodologies and provide data driven insights.Utilize datasets across Workday and other applications to investigate key business trends, performance, issues, behaviors, and metricsTrain users on Workday reporting functions and available reportsPartner with senior management to ensure and maintain security and data privacy standardsRequirements:Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday FIN / Workday Report DevelopmentStrong knowledge and experience with Workday reporting tools and techniques.Familiarity with Workday Prism is a plusExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
