SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing legal guidance and advice on estate planning matters, including wills, powers of attorneys, and personal directives.
  • Providing legal guidance and advice on Probate and Administration of Estates.
  • Maintaining excellent communication with clients, support staff and colleagues.
  • Ensuring excellent file management.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Three + years of relevant work experience;
  • Demonstrated excellent client service and communication skills;
  • Strong research and writing skills and demonstrated ability to navigate complex issues;
  • Proven effective client and practice management skills;
  • Self-motivated and can work independently but also values working collaboratively, and
  • Brings a compassionate approach to the practice of Wills and Estates.
