Your role: coordinate and ensure the delivery of web solutions. You will be involved in analyzing our clients’ needs right through to product delivery and will maintain constant communication throughout the process with both internal and external teams. In summary, you will be responsible for planning, timelines, and the quality of the delivered solutions. Your greatest assets are your proactivity and attention to detail! Planand execute projects: Receive client specifications, allocate resources, and track project plans. Ensureexcellent communication internally and with clients, providing regular updates. Verifyproject compliance: Ensure work quality and meet deadlines. Be proactiveand control the project: Evaluate risks, propose action plans, and escalate issues and solutions to clients and managers. Documentprojects: Maintain written records of meetings, needs, decisions, and significant changes related to projects and clients. The project coordinator has great team spirit and must work closely with colleagues to establish a plan that meets everybody’s needs. Minimum 2 years of project management experience. Experience in IT solutions. Strong command of English and French. Good judgment to determine priorities. Autonomy, resourcefulness, and excellent organizational skills. Customer relationship experience (an asset). Proactive and eager to learn. Team player.
