POSITION SUMMARY

Collaborate with our team to craft meaningful digital designs that capture attention and tell the ergoCentric story. Stay on top of design trends and contribute to our online presence across platforms like social media, digital collateral, and websites. Your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing our brand's digital visuals. Being able to complete tasks on time with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and technical knowledge.

Standard Job Duties

· Produce high-quality visual designs for various platforms, including websites, social media, Google ads and marketing campaigns.

· Collaborate with the Creative Director and the team to understand project requirements and deliver visually compelling designs.

· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging.

· Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

· Provide graphic design support for other departments as needed, ensuring cohesive brand representation.

Review and revise designs based on feedback, ensuring deliverables meet the highest standards

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

· 1-3 years of experience in digital graphic design.

· Proficiency in design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

· Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of designs, from web banners to social media assets.

· Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, UI and UX.

· Ability to interpret and execute based on creative briefs and feedback.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with the Creative Director and other team members.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
