Job Summary:
As a Web Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional websites that meet the needs and objectives of our clients. Your expertise in design principles, front-end development, and user experience will be essential in producing engaging web solutions. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to ensure the successful execution of web design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Design:
Develop creative and visually captivating website layouts and designs based on client requirements.
Utilize design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create graphics, images, and other visual elements for websites.
Ensure designs are responsive and compatible with various devices and browsers.
2. User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design:
Focus on enhancing user experience by creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Design clear and effective navigation structures, forms, and interactive elements.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
3. Collaboration:
Work closely with clients, project managers, and developers to understand project goals and requirements.
Collaborate with developers to implement web designs and ensure they are executed accurately.
Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal teams.
4. Visual Branding:
Maintain consistency with the client's visual branding, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
Ensure that web designs align with the client's brand identity and message.
5. Optimization:
Optimize web graphics and assets for fast loading and efficient performance.
Stay updated on industry best practices and design trends to implement the latest techniques.

Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing and quality checks on web designs to identify and resolve issues.
Ensure websites meet web accessibility and SEO standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a web designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.
Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
Excellent creative and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with web accessibility and SEO best practices.
Good communication and presentation skills.
