The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us. Meet the team: We are currently on the search for a Webchat Sales and Design Manager! Utilizing chatbot technology, Dexcom Canada would like to increase new customer acquisition and enhance the existing customer experience. The Webchat Sales and Design Manager will design and manage Dexcom Canada’s chat experience. This individual will develop and implement conversational flows and initiatives to achieve new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction and customer retention objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, conversational design, project management and process improvement. The primary objective of this Chatbot is to provide potential clients with the information they need before purchasing Dexcom. The Webchat Sales and Design Manager must communicate and collaborate well. In this role, this person will be able to work with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional digital experience that drives new customer acquisition and customer retention at scale. Where you come in: Understand the customer journey and what information is relevant at what time Create and maintain conversational experiences that are engaging and effective in generating, nurturing, and passing on leads to increase customer acquisition. Work directly with developers, integrated sales teams, marketing and other stakeholders to implement, iterate and improve the web chat the web chat experiences. Lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders from a variety of departments across the organization to define implementation plans, align on chat experience, discuss analytics and testing, and delegate design and lead different types of testing (A/B testing, focus groups, usability testing, QA), synthesize results and iterate based on results to ensure customer-centric and highly usable conversation flows. Develop and maintain reporting that shows the effectiveness of the chat experience. Monitor chatbot usage and analytics to identify areas for improvement. Analyze the user experience with live and upcoming virtual assistants to make recommendations for improving the overall chat experience. Work with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing content within the chat experience. Work with Trade and Sales teams to leverage partnerships to connect potential customers with retail partners. What makes you successful: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing Experience with web chatbot development and management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Project management or product ownership experience is a must What you’ll get: A front row seat to life changing CGM technology. .
