This position will drive the businessdevelopment and client service/retention initiatives for JFG bydeveloping and executing on a holistic regional strategy. This is aSenior Leadership \"player/coach\" role accountable for the team\'sexecution of wealth strategy and revenue growth Key Responsibilities:Responsible for meeting/exceeding new business development, clientreferral, cross lines of business penetration and retention goals formultiple wealth teams. Build and maintain a book of high-net worthclients with Financial Planning, Investment Management and Fiduciaryneeds. Manage of the regional team of Wealth Advisors specializing inFinancial Planning, Portfolio Management, Financial Advisory andFiduciary Services to meet/exceed performance expectations; monitor andhold staff accountable for their performance and their actions.Participates in wealth leadership initiatives to develop and promote thestrategic vision of JFG\'s Wealth Management division. Enablepartnerships with key JFG lines of business and aid the wealth advisoryteam in building relationships with bank and insurance partners.Actively manage inherent risks by adhering to internal policies andprocedures, regulatory and statutory requirements and exercising soundjudgment. Create and maintain a strong community presence to raiseJFG\'s regional profile. Develop and maintain strong workingrelationships with JFG business partners to enhance the client\'s totalJFG relationship resulting in measurable market share growth. Create andsustain an environment which supports teamwork and mutual respect.Develop and maintain knowledge of JFG products and services; activelycross-sells full breadth and depth of products. Management StandardsEffectively communicate performance expectations; monitor and hold staffaccountable for their performance and their actions. Act as a Coach\'for associates to leverage strengths and understand and identify gaps inperformance; conduct one-on-one meetings and timely appraiseperformance. Provide development opportunities for staff aligning withtheir career goals and develops bench strength\' for key positions.Proactively recruit and maintain a pipeline of candidates who displayrequisite job skills and exhibit values consistent with JohnsonFinancial Group. Create and sustain an environment which supportsteamwork and mutual respect. Communicates to team: corporate updates,business updates, etc. and conducts regular, meaningful team/departmentmeetings.
