Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse & Returns Admin is responsible for managing product returns to the warehouse and Product Pick Up from Customers and Installers. This includes identifying returning products, locating information in the system, and preparing and processing paperwork. It also includes picking products from bulk/racking using forklift or other warehouse equipment and handing over the items to the customers/installers.

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

What you will be doing:

  • Identify, label and file daily returns data in EOD report (End-Of-Day). 
  • Daily morning walk with related departments (sales) to define the disposition of product (i.e. to be sold in clearance, to be returned to supplier, to be repaired, etc).
  • Move the returned product to the designated disposition area.
  • Submit returns in suppliers’ portals to get RA’s (RA-Return Approval) as per their policies, weekly follow ups for unresolved cases are necessary.
  • Work with Reverse Logistics Team in Annacis about RAs approval and coordinate shipping to suppliers, make sure packaging/wrapping is adequate.
  • Maintain records appropriately (scan and physical per case, including shipping docs).
  • Bi-weekly cycle counting of returns inventory to reduce financial impact.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that workspaces, equipment, and common areas are kept tidy and free from clutter. 
  • Receive and print Customer/Installer pickup paperwork.
  • Pick and stage products to be picked up in the designated area.
  • Obtain Customers/Suppliers signatures at pickup and scan paperwork back to Admin Area.
  • Perform all other warehouse duties as assigned (i.e. cycle counting, sanitation)

What you bring:

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office programs. 
  • Intermediate Excel skills and/or other data and analytic tools. 
  • Superior customer service and relationship management skills. 
  • Able to prioritize work activities effectively.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal). 
  • Open mind attitude and willing to continuously learn.
  • You must be legally eligible to work in Canada with a minimum of a valid work permit.

Bonus point if you have…

  • Warehouse experience, wrapping, tagging, and dollying items.
  • Experience with ERP systems and Zendesk would be an asset.
