Some of the responsibilities of the Warehouse Operations Manager job opening in Mississauga, ON may include, but are not limited to: Efficiently lead the warehouse operations in various functions from strategic initiatives, day-to-day execution, quality control, inventory control, health and safety etc. Mentor, coach your Supervisors and the team as a whole; ensure a positive, motivated work culture and be hands on with daily functions Identify and implement process improvements Initiate projects and participate as an active team member on those that interact with the warehouse/distribution center Inventory control; timely, accurate at all times Responsible for reporting, tracking and follow through; this can include vendor cost, performance, KPIs, and more Support employee timekeeping, recruitment, performance reviews and disciplinary action when required Ensure all policies and procedures are clear and followed including production, health and safety, quality, cost management Interact with various teams including sales, executive leadership, clients when required Other duties as assigned.
