Job FunctionWarehouse Lead Hand is responsible for managing, picking, packing, Rf scanning of productsMandatory Requirements Previous at least 3 months of experience working in a warehouse environmentPrevious experience in using Rf gunsFollows & respects strict health & safety SOP’sAbility to handle physical workloadAbility to work in a fast-paced environment Job Responsibilities Doing a variety of tasks in warehouse and helping other team members Use of RF Scanner for picking and accurately selecting items, packing, wrapping skids and palletizingQuality check of picked ordersLoader & unloader of productsWarehouse general housekeeping: sweeping, re-cycle materials, garbage removalOther duties as assigned Soft Skills English fluency – clear verbal command, read, write, comprehensionAttention to detail & accuracy with numbered bin locations and picking line itemsFocused & sense of urgency to meet daily KPI’s in a fast-paced environmentEnglish proficiency – reading, written and verbal fluency
