For more information, please visit www.valeopharma.com. POSITION SUMMARYThe warehouse associate is responsible for picking, packing and shipping items relating to wholesaler orders. He/She handles requests for the marketing material required by the sales representatives. Finally, the warehouse associate takes care of receiving items and maintaining them in inventory. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES FOR THIS JOBPick, pack and ship all orders as per standard operating procedure of Valeo PharmaProcess and receive all shipment of inventory or printed materials, as per standard operating procedureProcess returns of inventory based on return authorizations issued to wholesalersMaintain inventory levels and replenish stockAssist in general warehouse dutiesSPECIFIC SKILLS:Experience with radio frequency ID systems (RFID), bar code systems, and electronic data interchange (EDI) may be required.Sit-down Forklift / stand-up double reach forkliftProblem Solving SkillsAdept at Attention to DetailGood organizational skillsAnalytical skillsSelf-motivated/directedComputer knowledge Interpersonal skills-must be proactive, personable, flexible, team-orientedAbility to multitask in a highly stressful environmentAbility to operate in a constantly changing environmentKEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOBGeneral high school education degree completedExperience in a warehouse dealing with inventory and other warehouse activitiesEnglish and French – oral and written
