About the role:FCB/SIX is seeking a VP of Strategy, 1:1 Practice Lead to join their team. As the VP of Strategy, you will spearhead the development of strategic CRM recommendations for multiple clients, ensuring that each solution is deeply rooted in data-driven insights and customer-centric principles. This role presents an exciting opportunity to mentor and guide the SIX strategy & analytics team, while collaborating with various departments to solve complex client business challenges. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in leading new business pitches, driving greater connection within FCB Global and IPG agencies, leveraging your expertise to drive client engagement and secure new opportunities for FCB/SIX and FCB Canada.Key Responsibilities:Lead the strategic direction and execution of CRM initiatives for multiple clients, leveraging insights gathering, analysis, and customer journey mapping to drive personalized brand experiences at scale.Develop and present comprehensive digital and CRM strategies, providing recommendations on data and technology solutions that align with client objectives.Partner with cross-functional teams including creative, data, and technology experts to conceptualize and deliver innovative solutions that address client business needs.Be a member of the FCB/SIX Management Team, playing an instrumental role in driving company culture, driving organic and net new growth/revenue, implementing operational processes, and build relationships with agency employees and FCB Peers locally and globally Lead new business pitches, collaborating with the business development team to develop compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the agency's capabilities and expertise.Ensure that all agency deliverables support each brand's unique position and are developed using data-driven insights, cultural trends, and relevant data to maximize personalization.Develop clear and inspiring creative briefs and strategic blueprints, utilizing data and technology to create impactful brand experiences.Collaborate with department leads on organic growth strategies, operational procedures, culture development and new business initiatives. Productize and evolve FCB/SIX’s strategic offering as an agency, and in collaboration with the FCB & IPG networkLead a growing team of Strategists and Analysts of various levels, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Drive client engagement and build trusted relationships through exceptional communication skills, demonstrating a deep understanding of CRM planning principles and frameworks.Advocate for the best customer experiences for clients with an eye for sparking, nurturing and developing great creative ideas and CRM plansQualifications:Passion for building data-driven, technology-enabled brand experiences.10+ years of experience in brand, digital, or integrated strategy within an agency environment, with a relevant graduate education background.Cross-disciplinary knowledge and experience across brand, digital, UX, data, media, content, technology, with depth in CRM & CXProven experience in establishing strong client relationships and leading strategy for clients across a range of industries, including loyalty, grocery, healthcare, automotive, CPG, financial and more.Demonstrated track record of delivering successful ideas that drive measurable results for clients.Deep understanding of CRM planning principles and frameworks, coupled with strong digital and CRM expertise.Experience working with and in CRM and data platforms, including Salesforce. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex subjects and use data to tell compelling stories.
