Acumatica is hiring a VP, Partner Recruitment and Enablement. The purpose of this role is to manage the new partner recruitment and new partner enablement functions in our value-added reseller business in North America. This role reports to the SVP, Partner Strategy and Programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Become the go-to expert: Working with the Sales Executive Team, set the appropriate strategy for the recruitment of new VARs, and enablement of those VARs selected, into the Acumatica ecosystem with a maximum probability of graduation into a productive VAR.
  • Set the direction and priority for, and execute the day-to-day management of, a team of new VAR partner recruitment managers.
  • Orchestrate enablement programs in collaboration with other functions (e.g., Marketing, CSMs, Sales, Consulting) to activate new partners onto a productive trajectory.
  • Measure and refine: continuously analyze the effectiveness of the new partner journey, making data-driven adjustments for maximum impact.
  • Drive informed decision-making: interface with the executive team and peer leaders within the SVP Partner Strategy & Programs organization on the needs of our channel and improvements made (e.g., Insightful QBRs summaries, Dashboards, Suggested course corrections, and the like).

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10 + years of experience in a SaaS environment.
  • 5 + years of partner led GTM (go to market).
  • Experience working with, and delivering key initiatives for, C-level executives.
  • Team leadership capability to resolve complex issues through orchestration of resources rather than direct intervention.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally and take overall responsibility for outcomes in collaboration with other functions (e.g., within PS&P, Marketing, CSMs, Sales, Consulting).
  • Ability to manage multiple discrete business functional areas simultaneously, each with unique challenges and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Comfortable travelling up to 25% of the time.
