ENDVR is looking for a VP of Finance to join their leadership team and play a critical role in shaping their financial future as they prepare for growth. Reporting to the CEO and Co-founder, the VP of Finance will be responsible for planning and tracking the team’s financial strategy to achieve sustainable growth.

Our ideal candidate is someone who has previously helped an early-stage high-growth company successfully build and scale their financial strategy and operations.

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, tax planning, and treasury management
• Collaborate with the leadership team to craft a data-driven metrics dashboard that measures key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards achieving business objectives
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals
• Partner with the CEO, leadership team, board and investors to optimize resource allocation and ensure alignment on strategic decisions to drive financial sustainability
• Secure funding through venture capital, debt financing, or other means
• Identify and implement process improvements to ensure efficient and scalable financial operations
• Contribute to building a strong company culture with a focus on transparency and accountability
• Implement and maintain robust financial reporting systems and controls
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS
• Manage external audit relationships and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities and risks
• Develop financial models to support business decisions and investment strategies

• Proven track record as a VP of Finance or similar senior financial role in a high-growth startup or venture-backed company
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting & Operations
• Deep understanding of GAAP or IFRS accounting principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset to measure and optimize financial performance
• Executive-level presence, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
• Passion for building and scaling businesses
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with fundraising processes and venture capital landscape
• Experience working with brands and/or retailers a plus
