Who are you?

As the Vice President of Finance, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial strategy and operations of DealMaker. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead all aspects of financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control, providing strategic guidance to optimize financial performance and support our growth objectives.

How will you create an impact?

Financial Strategy: Spearhead the development and execution of the company's dynamic financial strategy, harnessing a deep understanding of market trends and growth opportunities to drive agile decision-making at the executive level.

Financial Planning & Analysis: Drive the evolution of our financial planning processes to support rapid growth, leveraging data-driven insights to guide strategic investments and capitalize on emerging market trends, ensuring optimal resource allocation and sustained profitability.

Financial Reporting: Champion the delivery of accurate and timely financial reports that not only meet regulatory standards but also serve as strategic roadmaps for our growth trajectory, providing stakeholders with clear visibility into our financial health and performance.

Cash Flow Management: Proactively manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital with a forward-looking approach, anticipating the evolving needs of our expanding operations and optimizing financial structures to fuel our growth ambitions.

Risk Management: Lead the charge in identifying and mitigating financial risks, implementing robust internal controls and compliance measures that safeguard our assets while fostering an environment conducive to innovation.

Financial Operations: Innovate and optimize financial processes and systems to enhance scalability, efficiency, and accuracy, ensuring our finance function remains agile and adaptable to the changing demands of our high-growth environment.

Team Leadership: Cultivate a culture of excellence within the finance team, nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative spirit that empowers individuals to contribute their best to our collective success, driving innovation and continuous improvement at every turn.

Taxes: Optimize tax planning and compliance initiatives ensuring regulatory adherence while maximizing tax efficiency to support the company's expansion goals and drive sustainable financial performance.

Strategic Partnerships: Forge strategic partnerships across departments, leveraging financial expertise to inform and shape key initiatives, drive operational excellence, and unlock new avenues for growth and value creation, cementing our position as industry leaders in innovation and execution.

What you should have

-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

-Proven track record of at least 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles

-Demonstrated ability to scale a finance organization

-Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.

-Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control.

-Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

-Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, capable of driving change and innovation.

-Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
