Wanson Group is a multi-family developer in Vancouver that has been established since 1996. The company has grown considerably over the past 10 years and is positioned for further expansion. We are focussed on the development of high-quality multifamily projects across the Lower Mainland. Within our portfolio we possess multiple income producing properties located across BC and Alberta. These sites will be developed into mixed use high rise and wood frame multifamily properties over the coming years. We also continue to aggressively pursue additional investment sites across Western Canada.
We are looking for a dynamic real estate professional to join the Wanson Executive team. Your primary role will be to act as the leader of the development team. You will also work closely with the President to develop the overall company strategy and business plan. You will add value in terms of supporting the professional development of your team, you will also identify, assess and provide recommendations in terms of potential acquisitions. You will ensure that projects are executed to the high standards we strive for. As project volume and scale continues to increase you will in turn have the opportunity to expand the size of the development team.
In order to be successful, you will require at least 10 years of industry experience and a relevant education such as Architecture, Business or Urban Land. You will have held a comparable role already and possess good business sense and the ability to strategize the future with clarity. A strong understanding of the Lower Mainland real estate sector and established industry relationships locally are also required. You must be a conscientious person that takes pride in doing business with a high degree of integrity. We need a growth-oriented person that is passionate about the industry.
The role offers the opportunity to be part of an expanding, dynamic business and to work on diverse and interesting real estate developments. In exchange for your hard work and commitment you will receive an attractive base salary ($200,000 – $250,000), benefits and performance-based management incentive plan.
