Job Description

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone who is/ has:

  1. Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health or a related field.
  2. Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in health and safety management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  3. Thorough knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations and standards, and local requirements in key markets such as China, Southeast Asia and Middle East.
  4. In-depth knowledge and recognized qualifications in safety management, including qualifications such as ISO 45001/14001 Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar professional certification is highly desirable.
  5. Professional membership such as IOSH.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex health and safety issues.
