Roles we’ll be hiring in the future include: UX Designer 4+ years of UX design experience and a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, problem solving, critical thinking, and excellent user experience.

You’ll bring expert-level experience with design tools such as Sketch (or similar such as Adobe XD, Figma), InVision, Miro, or similar. You care deeply about understanding the pain points of both the client and end-user and, in turn, have a keen ability to produce effective design solutions and have the ability to create solutions specifically for tech and SaaS organizations.

UI Designer 5 to 8+ years experience designing responsive websites and/or web apps complimented by an impressive portfolio of relevant design that showcases creativity, problem solving, critical thinking, and excellent user experience.

You bring knowledge and experience in design fundamentals and principles including visual design, web standards, grid systems, layout, composition, typography, hierarchy, colour, imagery, and messaging as well as in creating wireframes and prototypes.

Front End Developer 4+ years professional experience as a Front-End Developer, building websites and web applications using JavaScript, React, React Native, HTML, CSS, PHP, etc. as well as with WordPress (not off-the-shelf templates but custom development; experience with Advanced Custom Fields, WooCommerce, Gravity Forms, and Yoast SEO are also an asset)

You possess a basic knowledge of image authoring tools (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch), to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on a graphic or image and have a good understanding of SEO principles and the ability to ensure that websites will adhere to them.

Copywriter 3 to 5 years experience as a copywriter (or related role) along with with education, training or certification in marketing, English, or journalism.

You have the ability to interpret project briefs, understand project requirements, and write clear, concise, and compelling copy for various mediums (e.g. websites, blog posts, newsletters, ads, social media, etc.) with a distinct voice, for a wide range of clients. Your words will inform and engage target audiences. You are team-spirited and a skilled, imaginative writer with an eye for detail who knows how to use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach.

Project Manager 5 + years experience managing branding and web projects in an agency environment to deliver quality projects/retainers on-time and on-budget ensuring an exceptional client experience along the way.

You can successfully manage a portfolio comprised of a defined set of software clients delivering $1.25 to $1.5 million in projects/retainers per year through the development, maintenance and effective execution of project plans throughout the life of assigned projects. You’ll work according to established processes, procedures, and success expectations of a project schedule communicating throughout to ensure the effective exchange of project information and deliverables. We’re a fun-loving team that rolls up our sleeves and does great work together. We’re all a little different, but that’s what we celebrate. It’s what makes the “us” great. There are no egos here. We’re competitive together, but not with each other (except maybe in line for coffee). We are a community of about 30 creative minds based in Calgary, AB and we work together to stay curious, raise our hands when we aren't sure about something, and do what's right - not what's easy. We have a beautiful, non-downtown office location that offers free parking, a gym, cafe, and comfortable, tech savvy meeting rooms and workstations. We work onsite to be intentional about optimizing collaboration and creativity on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. (Remote/ Work From Home is optional on Wednesdays and Thursdays) Workstations include a MacBook and an electric sit-stand desk. Our 2 kitchen cafes are stocked with really, really good coffee.
