We are proud to offer some of the best small-batch, hand-tended, craft cannabis in Canada and are looking for a TrimmingSupervisor to join our team!We are seeking an experienced Trimming Supervisor to lead our trimming team and ensure the highest quality of trimmed cannabis flowers. If you have hands-on trimming experience, supervisory skills, and a comprehensive understanding of cannabis operations, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and train the trimming teamEnsure product quality and consistencyMaintain compliance with SOPs and documentationOversee equipment sanitation and maintenanceCollaborate with the Cultivation Manager to optimize production schedulesQualifications:Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the cannabis industryHands-on trimming experienceStrong organizational and communication skillsLiteracy and proficiency in multiple computer software typesKnowledge of cannabis regulations and working within a licensed facility is an assetWork Schedule:Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM with paid breaks (max 80 hours per 2 week pay period)Starting Hourly Wage:$32.50 per hourIf you’re interested in joining our team send your resume and cover letter tohr@sweetgrasscannabis.ca
