They are looking for a Treasury Manager to lead their treasury function, within a public company.Why Work HereDynamic organizationGrowing aggressivelyLots of M&A, interesting projectsAbout the OpportunityOversee daily cash activities including cash positions, forecasting, and reconciliation of bank accountsMonitor cash flows to ensure adequate liquidity for operations and ABL financing needsCollaborate with finance team colleagues to develop and implement cash forecasting models and cash management reportingLead the preparation of monthly ABL borrowing base packages in accordance with bank requirementsConduct monthly reviews of accounts receivable and inventory collateral to ensure compliance with borrowing base calculationsPrepare and present regular reports on cash position and performance to senior managementLead or support projects and initiatives using business analytics tools including generative AI to recommend strategies for forecasting and optimizing cash flowSupport relationships with our senior credit facility providers, including monitoring compliance with covenant agreementsLead the development and implementation of treasury policies, procedures, and controls to ensure effective risk management and complianceCoordinate with internal and external auditors, including our lenders’ independent reviewers, to support audit activities related to treasury operationsProvide leadership and mentorship to the treasury team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and facilitating professional developmentStay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in treasury managementLead special projects as assignedAbout YouAccounting designationCTP certification preferred5+ years of experience in treasury operations, asset-based lending, and cash management, preferably in a public company environmentStrong understanding of ABL financing structures and requirements including experience with borrowing base calculationsProficient with treasury systems, cash management tools and financial modelingExperience leveraging technology to automate processes for efficiency and scalabilityProficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerBIExperience with D365 for Finance and Operations preferredSalary Range$90,000 - $110,000/yearHow to ApplyClick the “Apply Now” button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
