Manage projects and develop deliverables and executive presentations
Frame discussion of findings and recommendations
Assess organic and inorganic opportunities on multiple dimensions
Support the strategic planning process and deepen strategic capabilities in the organization
Drive change – designing and implementing projects to execute on strategic objectives
Ensure that the business strategies clearly articulate the business choices, are well-defined, and lay out the talent and resource requirements
Track execution of the long-term strategy through a select set of strategy-to-execution KPIs, synthesize implications to the strategic plan and recommend potential course corrections
Actively develop talent, providing coaching and feedback to junior members of the team
Anticipate market changes and assess their strategic and economic impact today andin 5-10 years
Advise the senior leadership team on selecting the most attractive opportunities and acquisition targets to strengthen product portfolio and go-to-market capabilities
