by applying your expertise within the Speciality Product Group division of our team as the Training & Skills Management Advisor: *Please note that this position is based in Drummondville or St-Bruno, depending on your preference. This role also requires periodic travel to our units in North America (Canada and USA). Collaborate with key human resources professionals to understand the plants operational issues and challenges Identify resource and training needs to collect information Analyze existing equipment and propose solutions for improvement Set up and design training documents Assist operators in structuring, deploying and maintaining training plans Develop a skills assessment method Participate in the management of implemented training programs Bring out the best in yourself! You too, put forward your strengths: Extensive experience in the industrial manufacturing sector Strong understanding of mechanical design and operations Experience as a trainer or in managing continuous improvement projects Passion for teamwork, resource optimization, skills management and lean manufacturing principles (an asset) Curiosity, servant leadership and communication skills Ability to analyze, synthesize and adapt to change Ability to work with various IT tools (Office Suite, ERP) Master both French and English to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, English-speaking provinces, and the United States We look forward to meeting you!
