During probation this will be full time in our Victoria Office.The PositionAs a Training Executive in our Sales and Customer Experiencevertical, you will work to provide nationwide system training to our new and existing customers.You will be given early responsibility for discrete projects and will receive structured feedback 3 times a year.The salary range for this position is between$60,000.00 and $70,000.What do the first three months on the job look like? You will receive structured targets, regular feedback and an annual performance review. You will also follow a clearly defined career path that recognises personal development and contribution to the company.As a Training Executive,you can expect to be responsible for:Providing consultancy to existing customers to improve their system use.Developing training materials to coincide with system upgrades.Designing bespoke training courses to cater to individual client needs.Developing colleagues by conducting application training for new joinersand internal workshops when required.Proactively managing your workload between training sessions.Promoting best practice on the application at all times.TrainingActuris believes that a mix of internal and external training allows colleagues to develop rounded skills:New joiners receive concentrated initial training and close mentoringColleagues are encouraged to complete industry standard training in relevant topicsMore senior colleagues can attend courses funded by the companyThe Acturis management team run training sessions to pass on experience and best practiceCandidate ProfileThe successful candidates will have following attributes:Outstanding communication skills and patience when explaining processes to users with a diverse range of abilities. A logical approach to providing multiple solutions to client issues.The ability to quickly learn and adapt to functionality changes and new concepts.Flexible approach to scheduling and delivery to accommodate high priority changes to projects.The ability to work autonomously with high levels of proactivity, initiative and motivation.Although most training will be conducted virtually, be prepared where required to travel across Canada to deliver training to new and existing customers.The ideal candidate will meet one of the following criteria:Experience as an insurance Broker or using Broker Managements Systems in CanadaHave 1 to 5 years ofrecent experience as a trainer.What happens next?
