E xpected Compensation:The hourly rate for this role is$22.75on a 25hour (approx.)work week, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the date of hire but is dependent on individual achievement. Westlandprovidessupport to all Trainees as they work to obtain their licensing.
