This multifaceted role encompasses overseeing client transactions, from providing quotes and explaining withdrawal processes to ensuring smooth and efficient trade execution. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industries, equipped to handle coordination with liquidity providers, manage ledger access, and maintain compliance. A key part of this position involves delivering exceptional support to our clients, making the candidate's ability to navigate the intricacies of manual trade operations and client interaction paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client cryptocurrency trades from initiation to completion, providing tailored support and ensuring a seamless and secure trading experience.
- Negotiate terms and coordinate with liquidity providers to ensure ample liquidity for client transactions, maintaining authorized trader status.
- Manage ledger access, ensuring accurate transaction records and adherence to regulatory compliance.
- Optimize operational efficiency in manual trade execution, prioritizing accuracy and security.
- Offer strategic guidance to clients on trading strategies, market insights, and best practices.
- Provide precise quotes, navigate clients through withdrawal processes, and offer comprehensive trading support.
- Handle management of bank, crypto, and liquidity provider accounts to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Ensure the timely and secure execution of trades, including cryptocurrencies and securities, focusing on transferring assets to wallets.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market to inform decisions and advise clients effectively.
