ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT:
Track Labourers / Technicians work as a part of the Rail Infrastructure team that is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and safety of our 693 miles of track. Track Labourers / Technicians are responsible for inspecting, repairing and replacing rails, ties, switches and ballast. Enjoying physical labour and working outdoors in Northern Ontario as well as being safety-minded are vital to a career at ONTC.

Ontario Northland’s track extends north from North Bay to Moosonee near James Bay and west from Hearst to Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec in the east.
