Your Role: As a member of the People and Values team, you’ll operate in strategic partnership with the business to enhance the overall employee experience by designing and managing total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate our team members. You will drive greater alignment to our purpose through the continued evolution of our total rewards practices while fostering a culture of belonging that generates high performance, strength-based teams, and values-based leadership. You will collaborate closely with People & Values, Finance, and leaders to ensure our rewards programs support our strategic objectives. A Day in the Life: Plan and implement our pay structures globally, including base and incentive pay, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Administer incentive programs to drive performance and motivation. Provide consultation and subject matter expertise to Bond team members on all compensation programs, processes, and practices. Manage compensation benchmarking and market intelligence surveys; providing data and producing insights on industry trends. Execute all core compensation processes including merit and bonus processes. Prepare and present costing analysis, modeling, and summary reports to drive decision-making. Partner closely with our People and Values team on pay-related matters such as pay adjustments, internal and external equity reviews, job evaluations, new hire offers and promotions. Lead and support Bond-wide compensation projects and initiatives, through project management, data analysis, design input and delivery execution. Are You The One? Experienced: You bring progressive experience in Compensation Educated: You hold, or are pursuing, a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification, or you have equivalent experience Strategic Advisor: Your experience as a trusted business advisor and strategic consultant is a testament to your skills Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with HRIS (UKG is an asset) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills Detail-Oriented: You have relentless attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines Project Management: Strong project management skills (experience planning, creating detailed project plans, and running cross-functional projects) Adaptable: Ambiguity doesn’t faze you; you thrive in the grey, adapting and planning as needed Excellent Communicator: You have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, and you forge strong connections and work collaboratively across all levels of the company Why Bond?
