LeverageTek is actively seeking a Tier 3 Systems Analyst (Corporate IT Applications) for a permanent position with its Gatineau-based customer.Work LocationThe successful candidate will be required to work on-site at the customer headquarters in Gatineau, QC.Key TasksRespond to production incidents and support requests. Analyze and follow service calls through to resolutionTroubleshoot and resolve access and performance issuesMaintain, develop, and deploy Powerautomate codeWrite complex SQL code to query data, fix bugs and implement enhancementsDesign and deploy in production various data objects, including tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures (T-SQL and PL/SQL)Create and maintain technical documentationWork within the support process standards (and improve when required)Provide customer-facing support to stakeholdersProvide periodic on-call support (24/7)Develop, maintain, and support cloud systems and applications functionalities, such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Generative AI, Microsoft Logic Apps, Data Factory, API Manager Azure Functions, DevOps, and Key VaultAnalyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessaryTesting of patches implemented against business applicationsEnsure continued, uninterrupted service through identifying and resolving problems in a client/server environmentResponsible for software integration, external interface development and technical documentationHave excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and peersCollaborate with third parties and internal teams to configure and deploy new features and applicationsKey QualificationsSenior IT Application Support professional with experience in monitoring, configuring, documenting, troubleshooting, and maintaining corporate business applications at the Tier 3 support levelDeep understanding of all Microsoft 365 applications and experience working in an M365-focused environmentFoundational development experience with tools such as Microsoft Logic Apps and Microsoft Compliance Center, Data Factory, API Manager Azure Functions, DevOps and Key Vault, VB. NET, SQL Server, Oracle (this is required to work on complex tickets that require analysis of existing application code)QualificationsExpert knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, and OneDriveKnowledge of server and business applications configuration and implementation/migrationGood working knowledge of formal change management processesExperience providing 2nd – 3rd level application support for requests, incidents, and problems in a Windows environmentExperience in root cause analysis and providing workarounds and solutions for custom-coded applications and commercial softwareExperience in using software tools/utilities to manage support/service calls and problems.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in delivering application integration solutions and maintaining an integration platform and process in production and non-production environmentsAssetsModerate to expert knowledge of PowerShellKnowledge of server and desktop processing/operating systems (Microsoft)Knowledge of the ITIL frameworkKnowledge of compliance management (e.g., SOX) About LeverageTek IT SolutionsThank you for taking the time to apply!
