Remuneration: Competitive, flexible and negotiableAs a TELUS Health MyCare Family Nurse Practitioner you will:Provide high-quality, evidence-informed preventative care, including assessments, diagnostic tests, procedures, and therapiesConduct regular patient follow-up for health promotion and disease management.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support interdisciplinary care.Assess, diagnose, and treat episodic and chronic conditions.Contribute to individualized care plans.Make appropriate internal and external referrals.Participate in complex and specialized patient care.Engage in networking, conferences, and presentations as a TELUS Health ambassador and knowledgeable clinician.Stay informed about TELUS Health programs and community resources to assist patients in achieving their health goals.What do you need to apply?Masters of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP) degree or equivalent, with a post-Master’s diploma (PMD)Current registration as a practicing Nurse Practitioner with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)Nurse practitioner category: FamilySuccessful completion of the OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination)Active, unrestricted provincial license(s) with prescribing and/or lab numbersActive CPR AED Level C certificationPreferred2+ years of primary care experience preferredExceptional organizational skills, with a positive and results-focused attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and patientsProficiency in technology-supported care, including familiarity with EMRsCommitment to delivering comprehensive patient-centered care with a focus on an exceptional customer experience and achieving the best possible outcomes.Who is TELUS Health?TELUS Health is empowering every person to live their healthiest life.
