Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid field sales role as a Territory Sales Manager for Vancouver Island at Northern Element, Great North Distributors. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing training and support, and implementing sales strategies. The role will be based in Victoria, BC or Nanaimo, BC.
Qualifications
- Communication, Sales, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in training and supporting sales teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience in the cannabis industry, CPG or Alcohol-Beverage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
