THE OPPORTUNITY

Kryton International, a highly respected and successful world innovator in concrete waterproofing and durability solutions, is seeking an additional member to their Sales Department. We are looking for a new TERRITORY MANAGER – CENTRAL & ATLANTIC CANADA. We are seeking a high performing Territory Manager who can help us increase and grow our Central & Atlantic Canada market.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The Territory Manager brings Strategic expertise in developing a Sales Channel in an assigned territory in North America – Central & Atlantic Canada. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow the territory, developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers and managing sales processes of the assigned territory.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Territory Manager – Central & Atlantic Canada will be responsible for expanding Sales Channel in the assigned territory, develop strategic plans to expand Kryton Sales Channels, train, develop and support existing Kryton Distributors and attend industry events in the territory among many others. The Territory Manager – Central & Atlantic Canada will also be managing a complex Sales Cycle unique to the Company as well as secure specifications for Kryton Products with our key audiences.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 5- 7 years of experience as a Territory Manager
  • Experience working with and driving Specifications
  • Experience working with technical products and services selling value added product, not commodities.
  • Education: Degree in Business, Marketing or International Trade is desirable.
  • Must Have a strong network in the industry from Buyers & Influencers, Architects, Engineers, Owner Developers, Concrete Manufacturers, General Contractors & Applicators
  • Selling through multi-channels including distributors, man reps and direct sales.
  • Selling to construction verticals including high rise/below ground, water containment, infrastructure, shopping malls, airports, low rise multi- dwelling structures.
  • Must have demonstrated and proven success in sales and surpassing sales targets year over year
  • Has the ability to conduct Lunch and Learns to different audiences in the Construction Industry with an emphasis on specifiers (architects and engineers).
  • Must be able to travel freely throughout regions and territories assigned.
  • Must hold valid passport, clean criminal record and valid driver’s license
  • Software Skills: MS Office Suite, Hubspot, Industry Lead Databases
  • Note: Ideal candidate to be located in Toronto.
