This is a remote position. The Company:

Berga Recycling USA Inc (Berga By BEWI). is a world leader in the recycling market integrated in BEWI Circular Group, a Norwegian based company. Having customers and suppliers all around the world, we are the link between them.We move thousands of containers of Fibers (papers of all kinds), Plastics of all kinds and metals.

We are actually looking for territories Sales Representative in Canada and United States (West Coast, Center, South and Mid-West) to support the growth of Berga Recycling.

Position Summary:

-

Sales Representative with experience in the Recycling market such as Fibers, Plastics and metals.

-

The ideal person is a self starter, highly motivated, well structured and organized with contacts with both customers and suppliers in the Recycling market

Responsibilities:

-

Work very closely with the Inside Sales Department which will support the Sales Representative in his daily work.

- Contact the leads and prospect given by the Inside Sales department and convert them in active accounts.

-

Develop and maintain it's specific market territory assignment using existing accounts listing and doing internet market research to identify possible future accounts.Make cold calls and contact them by email as well as planning visits to understand better their needs, requirements and establish strong relationship.

Plan business trip on a regular basis to visit existing and potential new accounts.

Make continuous proposition to customers for their respective products as the market change continuously.

-

With the support of Inside sales department, make daily/weekly report directly in Berga customers base system (CRM).

-

Learn how to use Berga CRM system with the support of the Inside sales department.

-

Build long term business relationship with existing and potential accounts.

-

Work closely with the other Sales representative of the company as well as the Sales Manager.

-

Participate in trade shows and other company sponsor-activities as required.

Requirements

-

Experience in the recycling industry (commodities and processing are a plus), preferably 5 years minimum.

-

Ability to work remotely (from Home office and while travelling).

-

Excellent communication skills with internal people as well as with customers.

-

Have a professional presentation.

-

Excellent oral and written skills.

-

Self-motivated, highly driven, highly personal integrity and professional minding.

-

Well structure and organize and maintain customers records on a daily basis.

-

Learning all the products in the recycling industry.

-

Have computer skills with Microsoft Office (CRM software is a plus: Customer Relationship Management)
