Director, People & Culture, your primary focus will be supporting our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, pipelining, and screening for high-quality candidates and assisting all stages of our recruitment process. Supporting People & Culture administration and payroll execution, you will lend a hand in support of the total P&C team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is driven to succeed and is keen on building their career in recruitment and HR. Recruitment & Sourcing (70%) Source and pipeline candidates for all active roles. Screen resumes and profiles to determine high-quality matches for each role. Assist with the development and maintenance of job requisitions, position descriptions, and recruitment tooling. Maintain accurate training & development records for all employees. Administer bi-weekly payroll payments via ADP Workforce Now. 1-3 years of HR experience, with recruitment and/or sourcing experience preferred. ~ Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, HR Technology). ~ Post-secondary education in Business, Administration or Human Resources.
