Your missions
My name is Melissa, I am a finance, accounting and payroll recruitment consultant. I hold permanent and temporary positions in the Greater Montreal region.
My client located in the West Island is looking for a temporary accounts payable technician with a strong possibility of permanence. This is a full-time position. (Hybrid possible).
The Accounts Payable Analyst (Temp) will :
- Manage supplier data, purchase orders and non- stock invoice processing.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies,
- Perform necessary controls and investigate transactions.
- Support payment runs, reconcile stock invoices and intercompany accounts
- Maintain supplier relationships
Your profile
Your Profile:
• Accounting certificate/diploma – DEC
• 2+ years Accounts Payable experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
