Our team has an immediate permanent opening for a Technology Planning Expert.Responsibilities:Take chargeof technical planning, research and development direction, trend insightsfor Data Communication networks (such as Carrier Network, Data Center Network, Campus Network, Security, etc.).Communicate frequentlywith Universities, research centers, key customers, or organizations about technology competitiveness and value.Advise on technology trends, research direction and product planning, basedon in-depth industry, customer, and technology analysis.What you’ll bring to the team:PhD in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electronic Technology, Automation, or related fields.At least 3 years ofR&Dwork experience inadvanced network domain, particularlyin Data Center Network and network security.Strategic planning capabilities: conducted technology planning and design work to achieve technical strategic objectives.Good grasp of network technologies such as Ethernet , Wi-Fi IP protocols, and basic AI knowledge.Available fordomestic and internationalbusiness travel (approximately 20%).#
