Weare looking for a technology leader to join the USCT leadership team tosupport the Sourcing technology team. In this influential role, you willcollaborate closely with sourcing business partners, product managementleadership, and architects to shape the team’s roadmap and define thetechnological vision.a day in the lifeLead and grow a skilled team of engineers, architects, andanalysts.Keep a future-focused, people-centered approach, prioritizingdevelopment, and empathy.Collaborate with enterprise architecture, PMO, and business teams toimplement the best tech solutions.Manage processes, people, and timelines to ensure top-notch results aredelivered.Set the team’s roadmap and technical goals, working closely withproduct and partner teams. Contribute to architecture, coding, testing, project planning,deployment, and operations for excellence.Ensure the team’s deliverables meets both business and technologyneeds.qualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with aminimum of 10 years of experience in information technology.At least 4 years of experience in directly leading and developingteams.Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing,costing, supply planning, purchasing, manufacturing, quality management,inbound and outbound logistics, and 3PL management.Proficiency with systems and tools like E2Open, Bamboo Rose, TradeBeyond (CBX), Inspectorio, Infor, and Power Apps.Familiarity with integration methodologies such as EDI, XML, Kafka, andAPI.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across differentcountries and time zones.Proven ability to implement software programs with externalvendorsmust havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personalresponsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achievegreat results. The typicalhiring range for this position is from $107,500 –$141,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on marketlocation and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,experience, and internal equity.
