IT & TelecommsMoD is currently searching for aTechnical Writer for a one year hybrid contract with one of our leading clients in Toronto. In this role you will create on-boarding and manuals for company products and training sessions. Key Responsibilities:• Ensure that manuals describe safe practices• Prepare operation manuals, maintenance manuals and user guides for products by researching technical documents, interviewing of technical resources• Prepare presentations and delivers technical training courses to customers• Detail changes using company Quality Management System procedures• Design, develop and deliver courses for classroom, instructor-led, virtual and e-learning formats• Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA)• Document operating procedures, troubleshooting strategies, preventive and corrective maintenance procedures for distributed systemsKey Qualifications:• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in preparing technical documentation and delivering technical training• Degree or diploma in electrical engineering • Technical training experience with complex systems and solutions• Strong knowledge of electrical circuitry • Strong professional writing skills• Strong verbal communication Does this sound like you or someone you know in your professional network?
