About the jobiVedha is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting general technical writing, editing, and development through effective coordination and collaboration with technical subject matter experts (SMEs), program and project managers, and other contract support and execution resources.The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success in a technical field, particularly in railway signaling products and systems. Experience in mission-critical facilities, such as nuclear or aerospace, is also highly desirable. Additionally, the ability to evaluate and analyze complex information provided by SMEs and effectively communicate this information to others, both in writing and orally, is essential.Responsibilities:Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for a variety of audiences, including engineers, technicians, and operators. This may include classroom training, online modules, webinars, and hands-on workshops.Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and design training programs that address specific learning objectives.Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand language.Create engaging and interactive training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and lab exercises.Utilize a variety of instructional methods to cater to different learning styles.Deliver training sessions in a professional and engaging manner, fostering a positive learning environment.Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback.Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and product developments to ensure training content remains relevant.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure training programs are aligned with product functionality. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, (railways, nuclear, aerospace ), or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).Minimum 5 years of experience and preferably within the railway signal domain.Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs is essential.Experience in a mission-critical environment (e.g., nuclear, aerospace) is a strong plus, but not mandatory.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively manage a classroom environment and engage trainees.Strong technical writing and editing skills.Proficiency in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
