DEX is currently seeking a qualified individual for the following position: Technical Support, Digital Signs.OVERVIEWThe Technical Support role in Digital Signs provides support to all DEX clients for outdoor digital signage solutions. This includes hardware, software requirements, CMS, programming, in-factory technical support, and quality control. Collaboration with IT, management, sales, and technical support teams at DEX is essential. No prior experience is digital signage is required, as PSG commits to providing basic training and support for the selected individual to learn about the products, procedures, and required tasks.THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVERespond to first-line inquiries regarding technical/CMS issues faced by clientsIdentify and test the most relevant solutions for these issuesEnsure necessary follow-upsPrepare players operating on Windows for CMS technologyDemonstrate proficiency with technology in generalConsult with colleagues across the company to resolve issues outside your expertiseContribute to the development and documentation of procedures and work methods, suggesting improvements as neededWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAMExcellent communication, both oral and written. Bilingual (French/English) is a plus.Experience with digital signage CMS (MagicINFO preferred)Experience in IT support is considered an assetAbility to provide basic IT trainingBasic knowledge of Windows environments with the ability to install the Windows operating systemAbility to assemble and disassemble a computerA keen interest in technologyAbility to manage multiple prioritiesAbility of working under pressure and meet deadlinesResults-orientedGood organizational and client management skillsAutonomous and organized in workAdaptableWe prefer candidates with strong social skills as the role involves communication with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
