Job Description

Collaborate with the sales team to understand and support customer requirements.

  1. Assess equipment needs and communicate presentations to both existing and potential customers.
  2. Position entails occasional travel for projects and training in New Brunswick.
  3. Craft and present proposals and quotations, adeptly negotiating contracts as needed.
  4. Cultivate business opportunities within assigned accounts while nurturing strong customer relationships.
  5. Provide post-sale support by coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
  6. Qualify opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction through clear solution scoping.

Qualifications

  1. Over three years of experience designing, installing, and servicing various refrigeration systems.
  2. Proficiency in performing load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
  3. Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex refrigeration system issues, focusing on identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions.
  4. Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles, components, and technologies, including compressors, evaporators, condensers, and refrigerants.
  5. Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to refrigeration system design, installation, and maintenance.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  7. Leadership abilities, including supervisory experience and the capacity to mentor and train junior technicians.
  8. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on emerging technologies and advancements in the refrigeration field.
