Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technical projects, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a deep understanding of web application development, digital marketing, and mobile development.

What you will be doing:

Project Leadership:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget adherence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external clients.
  • Drive project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including developers, designers, and marketing specialists, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Engage with external clients, understanding their goals and expectations and translating them into actionable project plans.

Scrum Management:

  • Facilitate and lead agile/scrum methodologies, ensuring efficient and effective development processes.
  • Conduct regular scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to optimize team performance.

Technical Expertise:

  • Possess a deep understanding of web application development, digital marketing, and mobile development technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Foster positive client relationships through clear communication, regular updates, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Act as the bridge between the client's team and internal development teams.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve project issues promptly.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Project Manager or Product Owner in an agency setting.
  • Previous or current hands on experience in software development and or coding is preferred
  • Strong understanding of web application development and mobile development.
  • Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in agile/scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
