Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a deep passion for digital technology and managing large scale CMS engagements ? Are you excited by a job that lets you work on challenging and diverse projects for some of the world’s top brands?You will be responsible for managing multi-functional teams in the business of consulting, designing, developing, training and supporting digital transformation and digital marketing solutions for our clients around the world!This is a Hybrid environment with 3 days working from office.Must Haves:10+ years of consulting in the digital space, including at least 7 years of Project Management or Professional Services experience, and a heavy focus on managing large client-facing project teams and budgetsAbility to work with SMEs to estimate project costs, build detailed project plans / gantt charts, and effectively manage teams of professionals to meet deadlinesExperience managing projects with substantial logistics, complexity, teams with 10+ members, and budgets in excess of $1MMExperience in using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, specifically including scrum leadershipMonitor and advise on financials and KPIs on both individually managed projects as well as key operating metricsA project manager’s technical understanding of software engineering, mobile development, web development or multi-tech platform implementation.Extensive experience with technologies including Drupal, Sanity, Contentful and Service CloudShould have knowledge in Jira, Salesforce, GoogleUnderstanding of client business requirements, firm understanding of requirements traceability/signoff and scope management, and the ability to present in a form which is comprehensible to business users and technical professionalsStrong management and leadership skills with ownership / accountability of team successFundamentally driven by ensuring good process is adhered to and the ability to adapt different approaches and methodologiesExceptional planning, organisational and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to effectively communicate across different levels of the organisationNice To Haves:Business analysis and requirements management experience AND/OR in-depth hands-on technical experience .Project Management Professional and/or Scrum Master certificationsWHAT DOES APPNOVATION HAVE TO OFFER?Appnovation’s development teams are collaborative, friendly and open, and with varied work.
