We seek a Technical Project Manager in technologyprofessional services to join our team! What you’ll be doing:Pre-sales Project Management (75% of the time):Ability to submit proposals for potential project work Ability to produce estimates into a resource plan Ability to support RFPs Setting the timeline, budget, and roles for implementing theprojectParticipate and support client pitches and proposals by preparingproject budgets, timelines, and related materials.Leading the discovery meetings with the potential client and the finalproposal presentation with a clear value propositionProject Management (25% of the time): Manage and deliver technical projects, products, and apps on budget, ontime, on schedule, and to a high degree of customer satisfactionDefine (with key stakeholders) and manage project scope, risk,schedule, budget, quality, and communicationLead 1 or 2 smaller-sized project teams through all phases of theproject life-cycle, providing coaching, motivation, and inspirationResponsible for project revenue management and reportingEffectively interact with clients at a variety of levels.Skills & Qualifications:2-3 years of project management experience managing technicalprofessional services and digital projects.A track record of delivering complex projects on time and budget whilemaintaining effective client and team relationshipsHighly developed communication, presentation, leadership, facilitation,and negotiation skillsAbility to work with a diverse range of talents, personalities, andteamsAbility to work under pressure, within tight deadlines and maintain agood sense of humor, tact, and professionalismHave analytical and financial skills to forecast and report revenue,expenses, and project completion milestonesMust Haves:Prosocial motives – the desire to benefit others or expend effortout of concern for othersTechnically soundCan work independently and proactivelyFlexible and agileCollaborative and easygoing, everyone loves working with youGreat communication skillsNice to HavesExperience in XR/VR or emerging technologiesFinancial services project experienceAgile CertificationsLocationThis position will be remoteSituated in Vancouver to occasionally meet up with our Vancouver-basedteam and team members on projectsWhile Aequilibrium is remote, we host in-person engagement events perquarter. Ability to occasionally travel to on-site client meetings or events inCanada, the United States, and EuropeReportingReporting to the Head of Technology and dotted line to the CEOCompensationThe typical salary range for this position is CAD $75K—$85K annually.Salary offered will be based on skills, experience, and market data.
