Required Skills and Responsibilities:
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
•Proven experience (X years) in technical program management, with a focus on data programs, Exadata, Azure, and ETL processes.
•Strong understanding of data management principles, including data modeling, warehousing, and governance.
•Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
•Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross Functional teams and stakeholders.
•Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast Paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
•Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Exadata, Azure, ETL) are a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Program Leadership: Lead cross functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of data programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
•End to End Oversight: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the entire data lifecycle, including data acquisition, storage, processing, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on Exadata and Azure environments.
•Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Exadata, Azure, and ETL technologies, providing guidance and insights to the team on best practices, technical challenges, and solutions.
•Project Planning and Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, identifying potential risks and mitigating strategies to ensure successful project execution.
•Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
•Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes to validate data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across Exadata, Azure, and ETL pipelines, leveraging industry standards and best practices.
•Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data processes, enhance system performance, and streamline operations, leveraging feedback and lessons learned from previous projects.
•Risk Management: Identify and proactively mitigate potential risks and dependencies that may impact project delivery, implementing contingency plans and escalation procedures as needed.
