RBC is seeking a Technical Product Manager for their Self-Serve Data & Analytics team. The role involves driving the full lifecycle of self-serve data capabilities, bridging the gap between technical and business teams, and fostering alignment around key business needs. The successful candidate will contribute to improving decision-making driven by data and technology, and create innovative ways to deliver value through data.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Establish a compelling product vision in alignment with GAM's broader business and data strategy
- Maintain product management best practices, including problem discovery, feature definition, and stakeholder communication
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and user communities
- Translate business requirements into product features and technical specifications
- Deliver ongoing improvements to self-serve data capabilities and consumption patterns
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress on development
- Support user adoption, training, and change management
