Who are we looking for?
Actionable Data is the foundation of our platform. Intellitix is looking for a talented, hands-on Technical Product Manager who is passionate about data, technology, and user experience. As a member of the Product Management team, you will focus on the day-to-day tactical execution to deliver impactful releases. You will be responsible for driving product changes, from kick-off to launch, that align with the company’s vision and maximize value to users. As an experienced product manager, you have shipped successful software products before and are excited about doing it again. You must be nimble, fast on your feet and able to handle change.
Actionable Data is the foundation of our platform. Intellitix is looking for a talented, hands-on Technical Product Manager who is passionate about data, technology, and user experience. Role Responsibilities:
- Own our platform’s data vision and strategy.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative feedback to make product decisions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, and participate in agile processes.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes that represent intuitive interfaces, outputs, and experiences.
- Provide resources for internal and external users such as product marketing collaterals.
- Be the voice of the user and a product evangelist, maximizing value proposition at every opportunity.
- Direct our external UI/UX team for assigned projects.
- Drive the product forward! From managing the prioritized backlogs and writing product requirements in an agile environment to tracking project milestones and effectively communicating to senior leadership, your ownership is all encompassing.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as Engineering or Computer Science, an asset.
- Minimum 7 years in technology, with 5 years in a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager or Product Owner role.
- Experience driving business and consumer facing solutions from conception to launch and iterating through additional releases.
- Delivery of new products and features for web, iOS and Android applications.
- Practical understanding of Lean, Agile and Product Management methodologies.
- Effectiveness in understanding and communicating technical requirements and business outcomes with Engineering, with the ability to translate and communicate with non-technical teams.
- Proven experience in internal and external stakeholder management.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and business concepts quickly.
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and strategy skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on multiple tasks to deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lead by influence rather than authority.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce and payment processing solutions, and analytics platforms.
- Proven track record of leading the Product Management lifecycle for financial data outputs, reports, analytics, and dashboards.
- Working knowledge of web analytics tools as well as business intelligence solutions.
- Highly organized, detail oriented and deadline focused on implementing the product roadmap.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Grafana, Sketch, InVision and Figma is an asset.
