Sage Recruiting is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join a leading PropTech solution provider in North America. As the first Technical Product Manager, you will work directly with the CTO to shape the roadmap, architecture, and design of their expanding SaaS offering. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development of high-quality products that make a lasting impact on customers. Your responsibilities will include leading the product strategy, collaborating closely with the development team, and coordinating with delivery, customer success, sales, and marketing teams.

What you will be doing
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for development by engineering teams.
- Create and manage the product roadmap
- Work closely with agile development teams, including developers and quality assurance specialists, to design, create, and maintain the platform and its applications.
- Assess the challenges and trade-offs associated with achieving the business objectives of the company and maintain a comprehensive product management approach that aligns with the overall goals of the organization.
- Develop technical solutions that address and mitigate existing and prospective customers' concerns
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and define the team’s work
- Groom and prioritize product requirements backlog on an ongoing basis
- Coordinate with development teams to ascertain project requirements and interdependencies for successful execution across multiple teams
- Collaborate with senior developers and product experts to evaluate design options and enhance the user experience
- Leverage data analytics to inform product development decisions, enhance customer experience, and identify new opportunities for innovation.
- Work with the Product Marketing team to help them understand the product roadmap and position the product accurately on the market.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Product Management
- Proven track record of working with technical teams
- Experienced in a SaaS B2B product management role with proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Passionate about Agile and the software development process
- Business-focused with experience working with technology development teams.
- History of being an innovative problem solver with a knack for pre-emptively identifying potential issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision-making
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in PropTech or real estate multifamily is an advantage
