Our clients are some of the most creative people in the industry and rightfully the most demanding.Reporting to the Live Event Director, the Technical Director - Production Expert provides technical expertise to project managers and members of the production team. As such, this person may also be called upon to work with the sales team, customers and ensure collaboration with the Operations’ Technical Equipment Department in order to ensure the quality of the equipment that is sent for our immersive performances.The main responsibilities of this position are:Make technical calls with internal and external customers as a technical expert, representing PixMob.Work to improve workflow and technical processes to support business growth.Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our technologies.Integrate PixMob equipment into the customer’s drawingAssist the team on sites with recommendations and troubleshooting techniquesCollaborate with the operations technical equipment group to ensure the proper maintenance of our equipmentBuild relationships with leading technology providersCollaborate with the PixMob Academy for the development and updating of training programs.Competencies and requirements for this position:Have a background in engineering, technology, staging or an excellent knowledge of Sant’ubertoHave a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the events and/or entertainment industryDemonstrate your ability and knowledge to resolve technical issuesDemonstrate autonomy, rigor and excellence in the organization of work.
