Description
- Lead the implementation of Conga CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management ) solutions including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Customize Conga CLM based on client-specific requirements, ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance needs.
- Develop and implement CLM workflows, templates, and reports.
- Integrate Conga CLM with other enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their contract management needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Conga CLM features, updates, and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and FAQs.
- Utilize programming and scripting skills to enhance and automate the Conga CLM platform.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of the Conga CLM solution.
- Experience with the implementation and architecture of large-scale multi-business unit CLM implementations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical skills and has a strong ability to work in a team.
- Contracts will be with pharmacies and drug manufacturers.
- Experience with AI – an asset.
